Stuart LaGroue has been involved in Commercial Real Estate and specializing in self storage brokerage since 2004. He is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida. Currently, Stuart serves as a Board Member of the Alabama Self Storage Association (ALSSA). In 2009, he served as President of ALSSA and for the two years prior to that he served as Treasurer. Shannon Barnhill Barnes, CCIM has worked at Omega Properties, Inc. since 2003 and began her career in Commercial Real Estate in 2005. As an affiliate of The Argus Self Storage Sales Network, her primary focus is in the self storage brokerage business. She manages 7 self storage facilities locally in Mobile, AL. Shannon is licensed in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida and Louisiana.
She holds the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member designation and is currently President-Elect of the Alabama CCIM Chapter Gulf Coast District and served as Vice-President in 2011. Shannon is a partner in Storage South Management, LLC since inception in 2008. She is a member and serves on the Board of the Alabama Self Storage Association (ALSSA).
She is a graduate of The University of Alabama where she majored in Finance. Shannon is a member of the Junior League of Mobile. She is married to Jason Barnes and has a beautiful baby boy.
