The newly built facility, completed in 2021, consists of 338 units and 58,430 rentable square feet of drive up storage. Clark Storage sold to Public Storage, marking the first acquisition in the state of Iowa for the largest self-storage REIT. Flannigan and his team listed the property on behalf of the Seller.
